Neph,Neff,Kneff

I am searching for my 3rd great grandfather Jacob Neph,Neff,Kneff married Mary Kelly. His parents are unknown. They came to Ontario from Pennslyvania, He left Canada to come to michigan in 1857 w/his family coming the following year. Mary's parents were Micheal Kelly and Mary Bell from Ireland. She was born July 4 1833. They had two children born in canada. Andrew (1852) and Jemima (1856) I need any leads I can get to find this family in canada. Thank you
