Honestly, I've never thought Chris Carrabba was that stellar of a songwriter. He writes good songs, yeah, but he's definitely not worth the hype and accolades that are given to him. Again, it's not that I dislike him, but when compared to Anathallo... well, there is no comparison. I like Chris' work in Further Seems Forever was better than Dashboard, but even that doesn't begin to touch what Anathallo does.
