strange happenings with entropy split...

i bought the 2nd pressing of the entropy split just the other day and i took it home excitedly and played it on my record player and for some reason, everything was incredibly slow, slurred and not-right-sounding, i thought it might be my antiquated record player, so i took it to my parent's one and the same thing happened, is the record warped or is there something i'm missing?
