Amy, you were absolutely awesome on NYPDBlue. That whole story line with your confession was magnificent and you made it come alive. Thank you. Truly.
BUT...... I really have to tell you that I think it's too bad you had to kick us all in the ass and sell out in "Judging Amy" where white men are calmly ridiculed and immasculated on a daily basis. It's done very artfully - all of us men looking like assholes is done subtly. Any bit of strength is portrayed as, at best, midguided, and at worst, piggish, insensitive and harmful. It's interesting to shut the sound off and watch the repeatedly pathetic looks on the faces of the men, contrasted with the confidence and control on those of the women. And I have nothing against women finding their strength. I'm just repulsed when I sense that it's done by route of the anti-white male thing, which is much more obvious to all us dumbies than, it seems, is thought.
Too bad you had to go along with the rest of the culture these days. Thanks for nothing, but still, all the best to you.
