I have a 68 AMX that I am in the process of restoring. Already been media blasted down to bare metal and epoxy primered, all the rust was cut out and repaired with patch panels. Car is in paint shop now getting painted in the correct AMC Turbo Silver with black stripes. I also have the complete interior ready to go back in. It is a factory 343- 4 speed car. The motor has been gone through, has a new cam and the heads have been redone and has .30 over pistons. Car came with a 3.15 posi but I have a 3.54 that I am planning to swap into the car. Car should be done with paint in the next 10 days and the new cam in being broken in this week. Cam is the Summit 8601, motor also has a torker intake and a Summit street and strip carb( essentially a reworked Holley 4800). If I finish the car I am going to be asking $21,500... and it will be worth every penny. This is being built as a very nice driver car, not a trailer princess. Will consider offers once paint is done....
