Posted by Jamie I'm not able to travel too far out of state. I was hoping to find something locally or within 200 miles of Chattanooga, TN. I know the cars are out there. A couple of local AMC guys that I've talked to know where some of these cars are at, but they're not talking. They tell me that they know where these cars are sitting, but they never tell me where to find them. If they can't buy them, they're not gonna let anybody else have a chance. Everything else that I've found is rusted out junk that's way overpriced. I hope somebody here can help me out. Thanks

I'm looking for an AMX or Javelin in drivable or easy restorable condition. This would be my first AMC. I prefer the car to be as original as possible. The less rust the better. I prefer an AMX, but will consider a nice Javelin also.
