Posted by TJ. Church Really, could you have made your misdirection tactics any less obvious? ("Let's put all the stuff about the other page,... & all of its things,... & TV shows,...& the price of rice in China,...& the kitchen sink...at the end, & hope he's forgotten what his response was going to be to the rest of it.") To be honest, I am rather sad "PI" is off the air. Can you imagine some of the really good people on that show, & the discussions they could've had if Bill Maher had found an americanada headline in the papers to discuss, rather than "amexica" (which I did see on "PI" once) or something? Who knows, though? Maybe in a few years, when one of my books/plays is out, & you're taking Bono's spot speaking in front of Congress or something, we can get one of those shows going again. I'm not asking you to play psychic. (You know me better than to believe I would think anyone, even I, would know what's in my head at any given time.) Who would've guessed that just after our nation's 226th birthday, just after its Day of Independence, you & I would be in two different places, carrying on a discussion about joining ourselves with another nation? I can think of truly no way (at the moment) to put my argument of pros & cons again without repeating myself. Except maybe to use our discussion we are having. I admit that I am, & supose you are too, thinking of everything I say to a point before I write it. There are many arguments we could probably both put down for our respective side, but (at least in my case) never will. Why? Because when the idea comes, it si soon followed by an idea of what you could perhaps say to defend/knock it down. I'm not about to say anything that I know you could easily react in such a way to. Likewise, I wouldn't put up such a large-idea theory without I myself first checking to see the possible ways that somebody (such as myself, in this case) could react against. You might as well send our countrymen into war after giving our enemies a written-out copy of our entire plan of attack.

Snyder, I hear my friends at Summer Stock theatre may want a new magician for before their kids' production soon. You want me to tell them you're interested? You seem to be wirking hard at your abilities in misdirection/diversion.
