well steve, that is exactly the anti-canadian rhetoric that gave rise to the grand theory of americanda. Because of people like you calling the Canadians "bastard" children, we need to bridge the cap between the two great nations. Furthermore, while americanada is feasible and very beneficial, I must say "americafganistan" would be absolutely ridiculous, seeing how we are several thousand miles away and that we are currently bombing them. (plus the name is atrocious as it lacks the ring and charm of americanada's moniker)
