I am looking into new toms and I am woundering about shallow toms I like to play my kit very low and flat. My whole drumming carrer has been a endless search for the ultimate set up,and I think what my problem has been is I never been able to have my toms low or flat enough. I was thinking about 6x10&7x12. my only concern is will I lose puchieness or will they be to pingy. I know I can solve some of the pingieness by tuning but I also don't like my heads to loose I like to have a little rebound there. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
