I just cut my export toms down. I was orginally planning on cutting the 12x9 to 12x6.5. Do to a mishap on the table saw (I didnt take my time, lesson learned), I had to cut it all the way down to about 4.75". It looks really weird but the sound is really nice. The volume is decent but the sustain is pretty minimal.
