I'm looking into getting a pair of short rack toms and I'm wondering if anyone has expirienced the difference between a 6x12 as opposed to a 7x12, or a 5x10 against a 6x10. I want that super fast sound, but my drums aren't always miked and I'm concerned about volume projection of these little toms. any thoughts?
