if you are really good at wrapping drums and you can afford to buy replacement wrap then use glue.
i used tape on my Riolo's and it want budge. i used contact cement at the seams. you can get the tape at home depot in the carpet section.

if you do go w/ contact cement start with your smallest drum first check out precision drums for the right brand of cement.
