Here's a pic of how my build with AMD's parts is coming along. Shells are finished, so far, with three coats of a brown Danish oil. I had asked John to pick out some shells with good figuring and he delivered. I especially like the grain pattern on the bass drum and the floor tom has got some real interesting figuring going on, although you can't see it too well in my pic.
