We wrap each drum by hand and use 3M 30-NF contact cement on the entire surface of the shell and wrap. Then we apply plenty of pressure by hand to insure contact adhesion. We also superglue the outer overlap area parallel to the bearing edges(a) and use a small amount of clear duco cement along the overlap seam(b). It's not going to move !
