I wanted to pass on a simple trick that I came across when figuring out a way to plug the pre-drilled holes on your shell prior to finishing. I took some ordinary Play-Doh and stuffed them in the holes using my finger on the underside. I used tape in the past for backing but found this isn't necessary. Take off the excess with sandpaper and you are ready to start finishing. When your done, the dried Play-Doh pops out of the holes really easily. Maybe this has been done before but I figured I'd share the tip.
