Hoops, tension rods, shell, lugs are generally required for free drilling. Spurs and claws also required for bass drum. Screws are provided for FREE for all parts. Order the correct # of 42mm tension rods for toms and bass and we will provide the correct ones if necessary, bass drum uses #37. Yes we would take a look at your drawings.
