Hi there here is the snare I ordered from France : 13"x5" 10 ply with black parts. I recieve it in 3 weeks with very good packaging, thanx to John Riolo, and thanx too for the good job on edges, holes and beds. For the finish, I did like that : - 4 coats of red dye - 7 coats of oil with dry and wet sanding (400, 600, 800 and 1000 grit) - 2 coats of wax, rubbed with a special brush and coton rag sorry for the few dusts on the hoops more photos on drumshed forum
