I bought to drums from John (both are just awesome). I decided to stain the shells. On the 14x12 I have 4 coats of stain, and on the 10x8 I have 2 coats of stain. The problem; They're both already the same color. Now, I really don't want to mess with it, but if I poly the shells now are they still going to look the same?
