in one day i managed to pull a 10 k wedding band with aprox 250 pull tabs.next day another 10k band with aprox. same number of pull tabs .both bands were on the same field .dig it all is my advice.yes,..i had to go to the dumpster to empty my pouch like 4 times each day but got that field cleaned out,..lol 
,..some pull tabs were 2-4" deep while both my band were in the grass roots.
