Fill out the user name and password (password min 6 characters)
IGNORE THE PASSWORDS DO NOT MATCH MESSAGE
Enter your user name and password in the LOG ON boxes at the top right
Continue to fill out the required fields and submit

There seems to be a problem with the forum recognizing older versions of Internet Explorer and registering
