It's not easy making a profit from dug coins,collectors generaly do not like scrathed coins.The only exception I can think of are low mintage coins.Of course silver is worth so much x face value. It's rare to find a low mintage coin in great condition,I did find a low mintage SLQ at Stanley park,if had just one more feature,would have been worth over 100k.It is usa 1918s slq.
If your a coin enthusiast you will know that if it had a 8 over 7 jackpot ! looked over a dozen times,it is in xf condition a ALMOST unc coin. hh oj
