Blacksmith or not?

Dug on a new site today where the house had been moved to another location closer to the main road.Near a well flipped the sod and out rolled a Bust+Harp,,,no date i can find.It reads a Geogivs.111 RE? face RIGHT.Reverse is a Harp with a crown atop.The stamping? is off centre..a capital H to the left of the Harp.Coin is very thin,copper.I don't have anything old enough to identify.Any help is appreciated.
