This one is easy for me to solve for you.
The authors name is William (Bill) Baergen.
He lives in Stettler Alberta and sells his books from his home and you can find them at different outlets in Stettler. The one i know of (because I own it) is ELEPHANTS IN THE ATTIC. It is Stettlers book store. At the moment we don't have any copies of "Pioneering with a Piece of Chalk"
