We'll people have to get out of the Stone-Age on their own accord. Owning a cell-phone and a BMW does not for a modern man make. Having a decent footing in most every hobby is a hallmark of a well-rounded person .. especially in light of the modern age. I sense certain regression. The more modern ammenities we acrue - the closer to Cromagnon Man we become. Which is a sleight to CroMagnon man. Somebody asked 'I wonder if aliens are just like us?' A appropriate response was given as 'let's hope not!'
I won't deny a small kid a decent response to the all too familiar 'what are you looking for Mister?' 'Circular objects' - seems to satisfy them : ) But to have an adult walk up to you out of the blue with their finger in their nose and ask 'hey what are you looking for?' is more than my delicate finely ground-balanced constitution can compensate (for). I'm looking for trouble - You? : )
