From the land of the Bluenose......my car pooling buddy on a drive to work the other day mentioned a park that I was not aware of which made for an interesting drive to work as I pumped him about the park.
After work I mounted Otto and hit the park which was crammed with folks as it was Canada Day. A digger's delight to be sure and having a day paid at double time and a half sure made my day !
Decided I would hit this place another night and did so after a swish to cool off which was prompted not only by the hot weather but the introduction of vests at work which not only stop bullets but stop one from breathing. Man I dislike wearing it. On the bright side I made 93 on my yearly security test for the airport....next year will open up the study guide and do a tad better.
Swished and dug till dark netting a key, dog tag, "Alan" 1947 nickel and 138 coins @ $20.39. Tired to say the least after working and that outing.
