Leslie , I have tryed this 250 out here where the iron minerals are high and found that ground balance is a little on the light side. This machine is beautiful to use (easy).I sold one so far and have one left.Things are slow I took one to the car show fleemarket and some old coins 1861-1920 and junk I found nd the junk got more attencion . Go figger?... john
