Hey Leslie , my daughter was in Puerto Plata from April 22-29 and stayed at the Blue Bay Villas. She told me about this guy she saw a couple of times who was using a green detector and did not wear earphones consequently being a little disturbing to people trying to relax and tan on the beach. I was LMAO when I heard this . She said this guy was quite chatty and talking to folks and he had a necklace of ring finds around his neck.Does this guy sound familiar ? I am still LMAO right now as to how small this world is . She overheard that this guy had trouble with the roof at the place he was staying.
