Unusual dimensions .. too large for anyone's wrist (except Purple Barney) and a little too short for a proper (safe) necklace. Thought I'd share in that observation. Sawed-in-half coins are not all that uncommon. Bent-in-half and train-track specials are not all that uncommon either. It was suggested lawnmotors are somehow responsible for cut-in-half coins .. I find that a little difficult to fathom. Potential Myth-Busters episode or even a Hardy Boys novel 'Mystery of the Chopped-in-Half Penny Find'. Thanks for sharing.
