I have not posted for some time now as My detecting hobby and time to post has been limited. Recently I had a chance to hunt 3 times and have been subjecting my body to extreme temps and wind chill but it has paid off in the great white north. Luckily the shoreline has not frozen over due to the high winds and recent warmer temps of +2-4C. It has was kind of a bonanza but the finds are getting few and far between. In 4 hunts I have netted 4 gold rings (2 with diamonds), 6 silver rings, about $28.00 in clad and a few foreign coins including a live .45cal hollow point and a Washington state tax token. My oldest Canadian coin being a 1930 penny. Here a a few pics to add some eye candy to the dog days of winter.
