I'm sure you could replace the phones but I think I would try replacing the rubber or finding a cover first. Having waterproof headphones would be handy if you ever fall in the water or decide to try snorkling etc. If you decide to try non-waterproof headphones, I use Grey Ghost Ultimates with my CZ5 and they work really good Good luck Kevin
