Off topic COMPUTER yuk

HI Hope your all well,any guess on this problem.I have a message in draft,when try to delete,pops up a error.My computer has a lot of memmory.Before I take to service,would you guess this would hamper any thing else on my computer?
To make things worse I did call the cable,they said was probably software,computer is new and software apparently not covered,catch 22 again yuk. oj
