You didn't say what her major is or what occupation she is hope for, but the first thing to do is check that it is on the accepted WP/occupation list. If it is, she should start looking at the FAS site, as the job must be advertised for 4 weeks both on the site and in newspapers. Finding an employer willing to do this and all the WP paperwork might be tough these days. Good luck. If you wish, you may contact me through my email.
