Don't loose hope. Mine took 2 1/2 years and I had ALL documents. I finally wrote a nice polite letter of inquire to the home office asking if my application had been lost and should I resubmit as I had certified copies of all the documents I had submitted 2.5 years prior. I also stated that I fully understood that they are doing the best they can under such stressful conditions. 1 week later I got a apology with my certificate of citizenship. 3 weeks later I had my passport. If you do send a letter, DO NOT be harsh in any way shape means or form. Just understand they are under a great amount of pressure and are understaffed. Good Luck!
