I think I know the answer to this, but thought it would be better to ask than to be surprised. I'm bringing a few friends to Ireland with me soon to tour the country. I know that the Irish banks have major problems but I don't know whether they are all still operating. Specifically, will we have the same access to cash from ATM's that we had five years ago? Thanks! Can't wait to visit Ireland again.
