As I see it, they will still come down. The Irish Times estimates 30- 45%. So, to buy one now would mean you are rolling the dice. I would post a link for a home on Daft that has dropped from e300 k to a ASKING price of e100k, but I don't know if I can or should. Anyway, Scott may know more then I so we shall both wait for his reply!
