thank you both for your comments. Yes, I've heard that prices will continue to fall, but I've come across some good prices even now. I'll have to see. And yes rents are very reasonable. But I am looking in the area of my family so I have lots of cousins looking out for me which makes me feel better about not making a mistake. They're all quite savvy about the area being long time large farmers.
