I made the move, on my own, when I was 54--that was over eight years ago and I've never regreted it. I rented my house out, with no problem, for almost two years until I decided to buy here, but times were different then when selling a house. However, age is my least consideration when I plan to do something. After all, at this given moment, you're as young as you'll be for the rest of your life!
