I've never heard of any charity that sends people overseas to move. If there was, I imagine about a billion people would contact them tomorrow.
You might try your new found family or simply come for a week on vacation while you see what is possible.
Ryanair flights from much of Europe and the east coast of the US are very cheap. http://www.ryanair.com
