Over the last year or so, I've been asking sporadic questions about moving to Ireland under the username "John." It's finally happening. I'm young (24y.o.), unattached and have some money tucked away. I'm flying to Dublin then taking the train or bus to Galway where I found an apartment on daft.ie (thanks to the suggestion of one of the intrepid readers on this board. I'm taking a bit of a risk since I don't have a job yet, but I have my citizenship and my hopes, we'll see how far they get me. I wanted to thank those of you who have helped me over the months as I prepare. I'll be keeping a blog of my adventures at www.johnfosullivan.com, which is still very much in beta but will eventually serve as both a blog and a potential job-getter (I'll be posting my resume and demo reel as well). I'll also keep lurking around on here to see if there are any insights I can give, so as to pay it forward. Thank you all for your help.
