Generally, you need to have in an Irish bank the average industrial wage, or that portion of it which covers you while here. Figure around 35,000 euro per year. So, 90 days would be something like 9,000 euro.
But, this is subjective and immigration officials have wide latitude on this matter and may not grant permission to remain even with the necessary funds.
