Hi Andy, I was in Moore Street (Dublin) a few years ago and I saw the biggest turkey I've ever seen (and I'm from NC,USA,where turkeys are a big industry). So yes, you can get one; however, they are so-o-o expensive when compared to the States, and yes, might want to pre-order--or buy a couple from Lidl's

: Hello,
:
: Has anyone bought a decent size (15-20
: pounds) turkey in Dublin? Just thinking
: about Thanksgiving since it's a couple of
: months away. Is there a supermarket,
: butcher's shop, etc. where you can just walk
: in and buy a turkey like in the U.S. or do
: they have to be pre-ordered? Any help would
: be appreciated.

: Andy
