No, at least not in the same way as in the US.

However, there are a few options.

Go to http://www.anpost.ie/AnPost/MainContent/Business+Customers/Sending+Mail/Facilitates/PO+Box.htm for the Postal Service's offering of post boxes.

And check out Mail Boxes Etc. which offers mail box rentals in a few cities in Ireland. http://www.mbe.co.uk/
