My local SuperValu (supermarket) has small turkeys year round. Doesn't hurt to ask if they can order you one. Butcher shops get poultry delivered at least weekly and could probably order you one from their vendor.
If you can't find a whole bird, you can get turkey breast roasts at Lidl all the time. They are near the chicken pieces (not frozen).
