Hey all, I'm moving back to Ireland and am shipping a car from LA to home in the next few months. I'm aware of all the requirements in order to avoid registration tax (like owning the vehicle for 6 months prior to arriving in Ireland, not selling it for 12 months afterwards etc.) but want to know if anyone knows of a good shipping company that might operate from the west coast of the US? There are loads of companies, but every review I read says they are 'cowboys' and charge extra once they have the car in their possession.. Any personal recommendations?
