I assume you are going to need access to care for your MS. If I remember correctly, St. Vincents in Dublin is the only hospital in the country currently providing the new MS treatments (Sabre?), If you don't want to make the 4-5 hour drive every other month for the treatments, you may want to consider Dublin or nearby. Luckily the whole country is beautiful!
