Good luck. It'll be interesting to hear how you do.
My own gut feeling is that when one third of the country wakes up every morning with grinding fear in the pit of their stomachs; and another third worries about their jobs and future; and the solid third worries how much more they'll lose in taxes and whether they'll be able to meet all their payments and put the kids through college and support their grown kids who have lost jobs -
well, house prices under those conditions still have a way to fall.
