The asking price is €205,000 but we would probably take €190 - €195,000
It's on the market for about 8 weeks now but we are afraid that if we dont sell soon we will miss out on a great house out the country that we are trying to buy. We have had about 10 viewings and one offer but the chap who made the offer is no longer interested. We think he is waiting to see if prices drop more.
