My lunch invitation must have been lost in the post. 
Unlike Cheri, I'm getting a little sick of all the lashing rain. We recently had about twelve days in a row of wet gray days. Of course, my frustration may have something to do with having six kids stuck inside with me whinging about being bored.
I've been over three summers and only one of the three has been good (the first year). It's lucky the people here are nice because I sure don't stay for the weather. The plus side is that we don't have snow to shovel in the winter.
I've accepted the fact that the only way to get some sun is to go away on holiday. Flights leave daily.
