I understand this website is gong the way of the dinosaur, but before it does I'd like to say thanks very much to Red and everyone for the opporunity, and for the forum to contribute work here.
You don't know me by this name, but I am a free lance sportswriter, a mid-life college student, and one of the most frequent contributors to this site. I have made many contributions here as both a writer and an artist under pen names that regulars to this site would recognize in a flash. Of late, my work has even been acclaimed in postings by Red himself, and I would not be bragging to say that I provoked somewhat of an artistic and writing revival to a sagging site. I will keep my "secret identities" a secret, and extend a heartfelt thanks to Red and everyone at this great site for the opportunity to write and draw on a topic I unabashedly enjoy very much. I also enjoyed and learned from the many talented writers and artists at Alter Ego.
