TO:RED FIVE: RE. MAY "FUTURE OF THIS SITE" and recent Yahoo policies that restrict access to successful sites I got a few comments:
1)you´re completely right in wanting to move to a members only format but keep it FREE. Internet is just starting (don´t laugh) and successful sites will in time merge with one another to form really exiting few clubs. your site´s great. Yes I lurked around and never posted mail as most people do.
2)Because of the above I kept for myself a lot of photomanipulated material about SG. Not worth the hassle, I also thought.But then I found...
3)A lot of good sites have closed. (down and out´s, KPU) because of it, to. So pretty soon the net will devolve into nothingness unless we understand point 1
and finally:
4)We all lose when the sites close, so I´m posting my material as of October 2001 in a new yahoo club hoping to eventually merge it into one of the successful sites with great traffic.
